Peter is a veteran entrepreneur and industry leader with more than 35 years of experience in the food sector. Combining strategic vision with strong execution, he has built a global supply network that connects international resources with the Canadian market. As a pioneer in Canada’s cold-chain industry, he is widely respected for his expertise, integrity, and sense of responsibility.
Max Xu
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Dual Master Degrees in Business and Administration, specializing in Investment Banking and Human Resource Management. With nearly ten years of administration & management experience, has successfully planned and organized more than ten of large-scale events or projects. Deeply involved in the food industry for over five years, gaining extensive knowledge in food safety section. As the General Manager, responsible for the construction and future overall management of Five Sails Meat Processing Plant.
Kevin Lei
Experience on running online sales business, with a solid understanding of product selection, sales procedures and customer relationship. Worked closely with suppliers and logistics team, gaining insights into product quality and market feedback. As the office manager of Five Sails, will focus on CFIA related issue and connect product and market.
Carrie Lu
Skilled in management as production manager in Canada, with experience in seafood & meat processing which focused on operational effectiveness and cost-cutting objectives. As the production manager of Five Sails, develop and conduct procedure to ensure both quality and efficiency.
